AquaGrid Analytics

Know what your water is going to do — 24 to 72 hours before it does it.

Predictive early warning on oxygen crashes, algal blooms and thermal stress for aquaculture operators. No hardware to install. Same intelligence layer trusted by offshore installers and marine researchers.
Data Dashboard for Ocean Intelligence
Product

From raw ocean data to a decision your farm manager can act on

01. Real-Time Monitoring Across Your
Whole Site

Live data from satellites, buoys, weather stations and your existing sensors — normalised into one feed covering every cage, pond and pen you operate.

  • Sensor-agnostic: connects to the hardware you already have, adds coverage where you have none

  • Site-wide picture, not point measurements — including the zones you don't instrument

  • Same feed serves offshore installations, cable routes and coastal infrastructure

02. Early Warning, Not Post-Mortem

Oxygen crashes, harmful algal blooms and thermal stress events forecast days ahead — so you aerate, move, delay feeding or harvest early instead of counting losses afterwards.

  • Agents watch your thresholds continuously and alert your ops team automatically

  • Species and site-specific: tilapia ponds in Ghana and salmon pens in Chile have different risk profiles

  • Extends to offshore weather windows, current forecasting and installation planning

03. Rapid No Code Artificial Intelligence Platform

Farm managers build their own dashboards and alerts. Drag and drop. No data scientist, no engineering ticket.

  • Working dashboard in hours

  • Plain-language alerts and recommendations, not raw data dumps

  • Configure thresholds per site, per species, per season

Cloud Dashboard for Ocean Intelligence

Privacy & Compliance by Design

Federated Learning (FL) is our proprietary business strategy that guarantees client data privacy by enabling decentralized AI training

Data Blind Spot: Only 5% of ocean zones have continuous monitoring, yet:

  • Offshore aquaculture si set to rise 10% by 2030

  • Offshore energy expected to meet 10% of global electricity demand by 2050

  • Regulatory pressure is growing: IMO, EPA, and EU mandates on underwater noise, emissions, and marine-protected-area monitoring

Scalable, Secure and Sector-Tailored

Our end-to-end pipeline delivers actionable ocean intelligence at enterprise scale.

1. Connect to / Deploy Edge Sensors

2. AI-Powered Processing

3. Analytics & Alerts

4. API & Reporting

5. AI Agent automatizing tasks

The ROI of our Intelligence Platform

* Illustrative estimate, not a guarantee of results. Assumes Atlantic salmon, a 20,000 t annual harvest across sites, and that one percentage point less mortality adds about 1% to harvest volume (≈ 200 t). Valued at €6.6–7.7/kg, based on Norwegian fresh salmon export prices in 2026 (NOK 73.6/kg in week 39; NOK 86.6/kg average for weeks 1–20), converted at about 11.2 NOK per euro. Gross harvest value, before feed and harvesting costs. Figures differ by species, harvest weight and market price.

** Upper-bound estimate: 200 t × 3.8 kg CO₂e per kg live weight, the farm-gate carbon footprint of Norwegian farmed salmon (SINTEF Ocean, 2022). These are emissions already spent on feed and farming that end up as harvested fish instead of losses; the figure assumes the fish would otherwise be lost close to harvest weight. Not a certified carbon reduction or offset.

¹ Sernapesca, Informe Sanitario de Salmonicultura, año 2025: cumulative mortality of production cycles closed in 2025.

² Sernapesca, April 2021: about 3,277 t of mortality in Los Lagos, equal to 14% of active biomass in the affected farming areas. The event figures apply 14% to a 20,000 t harvest (2,800 t) with the same price and footprint assumptions as above. Illustrative exposure if every site were affected, not a forecast. About

About AquaGrid Analytics

Story

Aquagrid Analytics was born in the vibrant city of Barcelona, where a passionate team of sealovers entrepreneurs came together to create innovative solutions for Ocean Data management. Leveraging their expertise in IoT, AI, IT and Technology transfer, they aimed to revolutionize how we interact with aquatic environments. With a commitment to sustainability and a deep love for the sea, Aquagrid is dedicated to data-driven insights that empower individuals and organizations to make informed decisions about Ocean Environment.

Vision

Giving aquaculture operators, offshore installers and marine researchers the ability to see what the ocean will do next — and act on it.

LET THE OCEAN SPEAK

Technology

AquaGrid is built on predictive AI for the ocean. Our models fuse satellite, meteorological and in-water data into forecasts of the conditions that put operations at risk — dissolved oxygen crashes, harmful algal blooms, thermal stress — with enough lead time to act rather than react.

Where sensors tell you what is happening now, AquaGrid tells you what happens next. The platform is sensor-agnostic and requires no hardware installation: it connects to the equipment and data sources you already have, layers in open ocean and weather datasets, and turns them into a single predictive picture of your site.

On top sits a no-code layer — drag-and-drop dashboards, automated agents, and reports any operator can build without a data scientist. The outcome is decisions made hours or days earlier: proactive intervention instead of post-event reporting.

Sustainable Development Goals

AquaGrid Analytics proudly supports 3 out of 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

The United Nations 17 Sustainable Development goals, in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, are “an urgent call for action by all countries, developing and developed, in a global partnership.” This call for action being peace and prosperity for all people and the planet from the present to in the future.
